FOCUS Welcomes Two New Team Members

FOCUS St. Louis®, the region’s premier leadership organization, is pleased to announce the addition of Larry Davis, Jr., and Stefania Hoffman to its full-time staff.


Larry Davis, Jr., Executive Assistant & Administrative ManagerLarry Davis, Jr., joins FOCUS in the role of Executive Assistant and Administrative Manager. Previously, Larry served as Training Coordinator for the St. Louis County Board of Elections, training more than 4,000 election judges to work in local, state and federal elections. In addition, he managed the High School Student Election Judge program, which recruited students from private and public schools to participate on Election Day in order to promote civic engagement and voter education. Larry has also held positions with the Missouri Department of Labor and the U.S. House of Representatives. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Saint Louis University.



Stefania Hoffman, Leadership Program Manager

In her new role as Leadership Program Manager, Stefania Hoffman will provide recruiting and program support for the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs, Coro Women In Leadership and Experience St. Louis programs. A recent resident to St. Louis, Stefania spent the past nine years in Chicago, IL, where she worked for the Alpha Phi Fraternity Executive Office as their Program Coordinator, Member Development. Prior to that role, she worked in the Office of Student Development and Activities at The New School in New York City. Stefania holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Cameron University and a master's degree in higher education with a concentration in student affairs administration from The George Washington University.
